We are an IT Support & Software Development Company working in Edinburgh, Scotland. Having developed a Business Management Application over the last 10 years we have now installed this in a number of medium sized companies. It uses a .Net Application Desktop Application with a Local or Web based SQL Server Back-end. With the growth of Tablets, Phones and Web, key elements of the Application have been further developed on these platforms offering selective functionality. This has been facilitated by developing an API for all communication with the Web based SQL Server. To date all this development has been outsourced as we have limited skills in-house for Web & Tablet Development. We plan to continue this strategy and are looking for an external party to develop a new website for our end-client. Following completion of the project we would expect the site to be run and supported from our own servers so would require necessary documentation to facilitate this. In brief the project is to provide a Client Web Portal for a Leasing Company using a API that communicates with the Web Database & Client Desktop System. No detailed knowledge is required of the Desktop System, the API itself or the Database (i.e. No .Net or SQL required). After review of our longer term strategy we have decided to move forward with Angular for our website development therefore this project will require an Angular (v6 or above) Developer along with the necessary HTML / CSS skills to develop the website. This Specification (v2.0) has been updated to reflect the full requirements of the project. Phase 2 of this Project (not specified here) may require different skills as we wish to extend some of the functionality to Android / iOS Tablets and Phones. Alternatively, we are open to developing this code so that adapts to all platforms. Updated 11th Jan 2018

UPDATE 12-jAN -- Seen the new document.. Hello, Would you be providing me with wireframes of the three dashboards and the rest of the application? If not then first i would have to map this and make the wireframes for which a small first milestone can be given. Once the wireframes are done we can start the design process. Also we would need to map your api with the features on the web application. My next question is that would you need only web app or do you need native apps also later based on the web app? Because in this case some webhooks may also be required as this web app would also have a different db of its own. Rest things need some evaluation and i can discuss with you on the freelancer chat anytime so please feel free to be in touch.
