Build a Website

This project is for designing a WordPress site based on a theme "Kleo". The project is comprised of 3 main components 1. Community I would like to create a community of bloggers and content creators. I want them to have the ability to create profiles and blog about whatever they want. They can also talk to each other and comment on articles, etc. This is all done through BuddyPress, so you need to know how it works. 2. Store Using Woocommerce and other plug-ins, I would like to create a storefront where community members can post items for sale. It would be great if each can create their own store. In order to shop, people would go to a STORE page and see featured items and things for sale, etc. If they choose to go to the seller's "store" they can do so from there. The stores, however, are connected, allowing the shopper a seamless experience, with one shopping cart and one payment account. I want to offer paypal credit processing and maybe one more credit processing company (not sure on that yet). You have to be a member to sell something, but not to shop. The store is open to the public. Each store owner is responsible for uploading and updating their own items and maintaining their store. As site administrator, I want the ability to either charge people a monthly fee for the opportunity to open a store with my site, or take a percentage of the money they make, and I want to be able to have control over the percentage. 3. Showcase homepage. Non-community members can come to the main page of the website to read articles and posts that the authors (the community members) wanted to share to the public. I want some content to be available only to community members, and other content to be available to the public at large. The members should have the ability choose what content they want to share with the public and what content they want to be gated for community access only.
