We are trying to recreate our website with the existing functionality and a few improvements. In addition to a completely new and clean look, the following enhancements are being requested. 1. Registration a. Three security questions b. Password Reset – Using the security questions/answers provided at registration, allow user to reset password 2. Login a. If the security questions are blank, take the user to a screen in which they must select the three questions / answers 3. Member Main a. The ability to sort on any displayed columns b. The headers should be text boxes which can be replaced with a filtered word and filter the list dynamically c. Should not limit to only 5 transactions d. Balance should be one main screen, not separate tab 4. Update user information tab a. Should be able to change first and last name, not just first (one button) b. Should be able to update full mailing address (city state zip) and not just the address (one button) c. Should be able to update security questions 5. Make payment a. When a payment is made, a 2.50 charge with the PayPal transaction id should be added to the user’s transactions i. Date – Date of transaction ii. Amount - $2.50 iii. Method – Charge iv. Description – PayPal Fee v. Reference number – PP# followed by the PayPal transaction ID b. The payment amount with the same transaction ID should be added i. Date – Date of transaction ii. Amount – Amount of Transaction iii. Method – PayPal iv. Description – Payment v. Reference number – PP# followed by the PayPal transaction ID 6. Admin - Manage members a. Should not have transaction information at the to b. Generate password should generate a new password and send to the user c. Address should be added to view d. Default sort should be on address e. Sold button should be added to view. i. When pressed, the user should be marked as inactive and hidden from view so as not to be reactivated. 7. Admin – Add transactions a. Should be able to locate a property address b. Should be able to add a transaction using the Date, Amount, Method, Description, and Reference number c. Transaction should post to all active users associated with the address
