I require a website built along with the IOS and Android applications.

The Website is a simple review site which uses geolocation for users location at a business- welcomes them and asks them to review. The review of a business should have many sub categories which overall contribute to the rating eg. Employees, bathrooms , restaurants , comfort.

Then the sub category like restaurant will have their own review system which also is rated by sub categories like cleanliness, bathrooms, food quality.

Then employees at restaurants can be reviewed according to their sub categories like politeness and service and so on.

the application and website must be lite and simple, easy to use. Advertising spaces strategically placed. This website and application will need to access other review sites and other APIs for information .

It should work offline and once connected to the internet automatically sync and update the database with the new reviews.
