I am looking for someone to create online marketplace independent vendors. Like etsy but subscription. Please review the uploaded file to see a more detailed specification.
THe person must have Expert level PHP skills, php mean,with a old framework, mean, codeigniter, or other possibilities but you have to convince me. Whatever the option they choose it must be scalable, optimized. Please do not tell me about wordpress, or open court, I need scratch a very good other option. Magento has alot of limitations. You can choose but has to be in my budget 2300 CDN if greater a payment plan maybe.
They must have a team and I want to be finished in new less than 45 days.
