Calculate ascendant and zodiac - repost

Hi,

I need a php script form that calculates the exact zodiac sign and ascendant (for about 1900 - 2100) with following input elements:

- birthday - year, month, day

- birth time - hour, minute, second

- time zone as select button - preselection is +1 (hour)

- time correction - for summertime with prevalue +2 (hour)

- latitude and longitude of the place of birth

The form should give back:

- Zodiac

- Ascendant

- Longitude Sun (LambdaSun) for the interested point

- LocalSiderealTime (LST) for the interested point
