This looks like it could be a few problems, and all will need to be checked to make sure this is useable. The first one I would look at is the website settings and diagnose if there is a redirect issue showing. It seems to load your home page when ever there is a 404 (not found) webpage, instead of showing a dedicated page, so it could also be a problem with administrator being in a different folder for some reason. Seeing as Apache went down, it could have also caused some issues with your site which will need to use htaccess to create certain rules. Please message so we can discuss further, Daniel Larson
