Change datasource for D3 project from a csv file to an SQL database

Estimated duration for updating the script to use SQL instead of a CSV file is 4 working days. first i need csv so i can import it in database, and than will call database in files on place of csv, so for that i need cpanel access and just 24 hours from now i need to get this work done

I have made my proposal with the following assumptions. - You already have a PHP + MySQL host and the access to it. - You have the design/frontend of the application, there will be no need to create any layout and you will provide the HTML/JavaScript and CSS of the page. - I will pull data to your web page with PHP from a database. - There will be no login/password, the page will be public. What I did not understand so far. - How you need to input the data into the database?
