changes to wordpress site

Looking for someone who can make some changes to an existing Wordpress site: [login to view URL] Changes required: 1 - All the article units as shown on the homepage and category pages need to be fixed in width to 300px, with 30px between each unit as per original design supplied. See JPG attached. Same needs to be done with the drop down menu widths on screen size 728, 480 and 320 - they need to be aligned with the article units underneath it, i.e. fix width to 630px or 300px 2 - Change design/layout of sharing links, see JPG files attached. 3 - Reduce page load by: a. applying php image size reduction similar to Jpegoptim [login to view URL] b. potentially change the way the site is loading? it seems it tries to load everything before anything is shown? can it load content and then images? 4 - Custom image when sharing homepage URL on Facebook. See this url [login to view URL] - share it on Facebook and it will show a custom large image. Image will be supplied. 5 - Small design tweaks: a. remove the sharing icons when hovering over the headlines here [login to view URL] b. fix the width of the columns on the headlines page on desktop to 300px for menu (left) and 630px for main with 30px in between c. change the text being shared when clicking the share icon in the sticky footer bottom left d. make sure the drop down menus on 320 and 480 wide screens are aligned, currently some pixel issues e. on the 480 screen width, move the word Search in the search box to 15px from the grey line on the left PSD files will be supplied when awarded the job. e. remove strange characters from the bottom of the About Us & Privacy pages 6 – Add Front Page footer SEO text; 300 word copy to go in the footer, should be able to add/edit in the CMS. See design for reference. 7 – Change the template of the permalink desktop template as per design attached. 8 – Fix the infinite scroll on all content pages, i.e.: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (and all other category pages) [login to view URL] (and all other permalinks) Currently loads 30 posts, then when you scroll it loads all the rest. It should load 30 posts per scroll, i.e. load initial 30 posts, scroll down, load next 30 posts, scroll down, load next 30 posts, etc. 9 – Currently all headlines are loaded when opening any headlines page, e.g. [login to view URL] - change that to load 50 headlines per default, then infinite scroll and load the next 50 headlines
