I am an auditor and want to develop data base mangement software (Cloud base) for my personal use. The purpose of this is I/my staff will access data from the web and maintain/update them. This also includes generation of .pdf/word letters from the data. Also there will be a facility to store files (working papers & permanant files) on web (both upload & download).

Hi mate, how many ppl are there in your stuff? there are quite many productivity tool available out there (either to be used for monthly fee or deployed on your server/cloud). It might not cover the extra custom DB, but it can be added as another web-gui.
