Code cleanup & make some changes to Wordpress Website (Salient Theme)

HI DEAR FREELANCERS, I have purchased a Wordpress theme (Salient) and have created a website that needs some cleanup after the previous freelancer. I would like to be able to make changes later on myself as easy as possible - so when implementing changes I would like you to use as much of the in-built theme stuff as possible! (Visual composer margins & padding, etc) Type of work I want you to do: 1) Change around padding and margins for some elements on the website 2) Remove some elements 3) Add some elements (by using Salient theme) 4) Clean up the existing CSS rules so that futures changes to the website can be easily implemented (use good coding practices) 5)Set Lato as a standard font for the whole website 6) Create 1 custom element - a view with 3 tabs - when you click the tab another view opens (view is a box element with text and video - all 3 views will look the same with placeholder text and video) (But I think can recreate this element through theme as well) I will attach a video explanation below with further details.
