The trading tool would be in 2 phases 1. Divergence Dashboard: The indicator will scan all currency pairs across all timeframes to spot where divergence exist between momentum indicators (RSI & MACD combo) and Price at the major pivot levels (confluence of daily, weekly and/or monthly) then display the result in form of a dashboard which is scrollable and sortable by candle age, currency pair, or timeframe. Upon opening the chart, the divergence line should be drawn with the MACD momentum indicator. 2. Divergence Indicator: This is only necessary if the Divergence Dashboard indicator would not contain divergence lines upon opening the chart. The divergence indicator searches a currency pair to spot where divergence exist between momentum indicators (RSI & MACD combo) and Price at the major pivot levels (confluence of daily, weekly and/or monthly). This would contain history. User would then save this as template to be opened subsequently. Check the attached files for better understanding

Its an interesting job indeed. I can build a tool for this which will be easily configurable and manageable for this purpose. The main control panel window where all the instruments will be shown along with their states. I made lot of similar tools before but not exactly so can build it for you nicely.
