U.S. company looking for partnership with web developers for building websites -- 2

Hi, We are a fast growing internet marketing and web design company based in Houston, TX. We are looking for some outsourced developers to join our team. The work is project based and you would help us support new customers as we spin up their websites. We have developed our own custom WordPress based framework founded on industry standard technologies, including PHP, bootstrap, less + gulp, and jquery. So please only apply if you have familiarity with these technologies, you will be tested before we hire you. You should be familiar with these technologies: WordPress PHP Bootstrap Less Gulp Jquery We provide you with a customized development environment based on a custom Vagrant box with bash automation scripts that will help you work much faster and more efficiently. Using the Vagrant box, our scripts and our framework it will take on average 5-6 hours to build out our sites. We are willing to pay flat $100 per site. This should translate into about $16/hour once you get past the learning curve. Yes it will take time to master our system. But there are a couple of benefits: You will have been paid while expanding your knowledge in WordPress, PHP, bootstrap, less + gulp and jquery You will be eligible for a $50 bonus on the first two projects, provided: You complete the projects within 5 days You record your time spent on a shared Google doc As a note: ultimately we expect turnaround times to be 2 days. We are willing to work with self motivated individuals as they perfect their understanding of the basic technologies. We do not provide training but expect you to reach out to us if you have questions regarding implementation processes. As this is ongoing work and you will be considered part of our team.
