Complete betting webpage - WITHOUT payment option. 1.0

I am looking to create a complete betting webpage like unibet or bet365 or any of the other betting webpages available. It is absolutely crucial that the page works perfectly and in automatic order. With automatic I mean that the page should update the league, the matches and the odds like other sites does, or even just copy it directly from other sources. I do not need a payment option at all, as no real money is coming in or out of the page. I need to be able to create users and fund their accounts with “money” or “credit” so they can play, just like in any other sides, login and logout information etc. I need to be able to reset their amount or give them more credit or deduct credit as needed. The sides needs to be live and online at all times, so the players also can play LIVE GAMES if needed. In short, I need a perfectly functioning betting side, where you can do almost everything like in a real gaming side, but with no payment option needed at all.
