Complete Business Directory & Review Site!

I have a site that I need completed, there are two docs as I will be doing them in phases. It is created in PHP/MySQL the framework is CakePHP 4. I am looking to fix a few issues and add features on a my local business directory and review site. It is almost completed, just need to fix some issues and add a few features. I have been scammed so much here on freelancer and have lost over $1300 on this plus all the time invested. So, here are the payment arrangements of this project: Full payment once the phase is fully completed and tested completely. (If you CANNOT agree to this then no need to bid, don’t waste my time or yours.) Payment will be made once the fixes and features are 100% complete and tested from each phase, once it is fully completed and tested, I will create a milestone for the full amount and release it to you and you add the fixes or module to my site and make it live. Once fully completed a bonus will be given for fast work and quality. (I always give bonuses look at my reviews and ratings). I have 38 perfect reviews; I always pay on time and give bonuses. NOTICE: I am looking for a full time, dependable programmer who wants to grow with me, as my income grows so will yours. This is NOT a one off project.
