Completion of WP Rental theme holiday rental website

This is only for senior developers that has work experience with the WP Rentals theme and you need to be able to prove that you have done work with the theme! You also need to be fluent in English to work as a developer in this project. I have a client whose project is for a rental portal using the WP Rentals theme, domain Rentspain.es. This project has gone stall with another developer. The reason for that is both lack competence and biting off too much to chew, so I've decided to pull the project away from them. The project has been in process since September 2020 and there has been work done. Obviously tho, they are not done, not with the front end nor the back end. The current developer have given me pour documentation of what is done but they are available. The first job that I need you to do is to compare the documentation and the website to the specifications that I will provide. This to be able to provide me with your judgement on how good the job is that the previous developer has done. Of course, I need you to give me an adequate argument on why something that the developer has done need to change. This will evolve in an estimate for a completion of the job from you.
