Password recovery most probably has some hashing key problems, and the system is not able to match a record. I will test out the affiliate system to find out why rank is not assigned in some cases, this may be a complex task since it is occasional, should be something related to referral cookie set wrong, would need to try from multiple devices since it may be device/browser specific issue. Fixing commission earning shouldn’t be a problem to debug since it is “regularly happening” bug not occasional. Subtask c is not fully clear - no screenshot from admin panel but I am sure it is fixable. Backend issues with no rank or no flag look easy enough. Avatar not showing may be related to specific image thumbs generated wrong or some “if” conditions set wrong. Flag adding is easy.
