I need to develop a module for the CRM Dolibarr. ([login to view URL])
I need to implemet two pages and two buttons on this web application.
The module is about calling clients.
Theses are my needs :
Create a button on the main page of Dolibarr (with the others buttons) to acces to the Calendar Page
CALENDAR PAGE
> Create a page Calendar with drop-down menu to show customers by state: prospect, prospect-client, customer
IMPORTANT : this calendar is needed to display by (selected state on the drop down menu) the custommers (users) to call.
It's necessary to display this calendrar by day, week and month. In order to have a differents views.
Below: statistics of the number of calls made per period and type of customer + Prospect / customer and Prospect / Client-Client conversion rate (the three custommers states or statuts).
Customers called dedicated page
* Heading with name, postal & telephone contact of the customer (from Dolibarr Database).
* Text field to enter comments (Textarea).
* Radio buttons to change the state of the customer (prospect, prospect-client, customer > The three customers states present natively in Dolibarr).
* The buttons of deprogramming of the calls (dates directory): 1, 3, 7, 15, 20 worked days.
IMPORTANT :
1. When push the button 1, 3...or 20 the date changed in the calendra for each client.
2. If nothing happend on a client page (modification, up-dates) then automaticly the date is re-shuddled for the next working day.
* Add button: create command (visible on the classic custommer page in the Tab Client). It has to open a new Dolibarr page in order to tape command, but the
* List the call history with (table): date, comment.
* Button: Save.
