Create an email finder in some niches

I need a php application that will be running once by day or in a continuous basis doing 2 things: 1) Find emails in a provided txt file of URLs and inside pages. Each day must find emails in same urls with new data published in previous day. Then must add the emails to a txt file, filtering by a list of keywords in a text file (for example do not list example@[login to view URL] or webmaster@ emails...). I already have such file. The remaining emails will be stored in a txt file with the corresponding URL where each email was finded (avoiding duplicates). Each month the file will be copied to a backup directory with format [login to view URL] and will start with new emails file for new month. 2) Search in major search engines for a previous provided list of search patterns, writted t in txt file, for example: intitle:"vacation rentals" intitle:"apartments for rent" The same that above, filter the emails, avoid duplicates, create a txt files and do monthly backups and restart again.
