PROJECT BUDGET $300 - $500 USD PROJECT DESCRIPTION I am hiring someone to create HTML/CSS pages from my mockups. The solution must be presented as W3C compliant. The design must be cross-browser (Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox). You will prepare multiple stylesheets to cover the different browser quirks. The complete artwork will be provided once hired and the site must be delivered in 7 days time. Priority will be given to those who provide examples of previous work.
