Create and implement Wordpress template or similar theme - Crypto Lottery Theme

I need a wordpress lottery theme designed and built. It must be very clean design with lots of color use. Site must be able to be fully implemented and functional. It will need ability to run a lottery based on crypto wallet addresses. They will be able to donate any of the 20 crypto assets I select for project and then they're donation would go into a pool. Payout would be 80% of proceeds directly to users wallet address in the currency they paid with. So for instance, with ETH, I could set new lotterys and unlimited lotterys. lottery 1 is 1ETH to join, 10 people join the lottery for 1ETH. At the end of the lottery a program will automatically take the wallet addresses that donated to that wallet during that specific lottery and run a randomized code to select one. When the address is selected it auto pays out 80%/16ETH to the winning wallet automatically and % should be able to be changed on lottery setup from backend of website. On front end it should display the different lotteries going on. Higher percentage payouts for higher ETH or other crypto assets entered into lottery. So if I wanted to do a 5ETH buy in and wanted to set a 90% payout I could or if I wanted to do a .1ETH buy in at 50% payout I could. Each lottery should be able to populate it's own page and link and when added as a page itll automatically list in under specific lottery Categories: ETH Lottery, .1ETH lottery or 1ETH lottery, etc. They can click ETH page and itll pull up lotteries ending soonest with sections for each lottery amount I set. So if I want 10 different ETh lotterys going at once I can do that and they would all display within their area on that page. Say I want 10 of each 1ETH, .1ETH, 5ETH and have time tickers showing which end soonest. Needs to also have a cancellation process with automated feature. So, if minimum donation is .1ETH and minimum payout is .8ETH then 10 people or 10 entrys of .1ETH must be placed for that lottery to commence. If it has 9 entrys at the end of the lotto then it will roll over their payment to a new lotto until minimum is reached. All these options should be able to be set from back end of a wrodpress site or something similar so I can use the interface on backend. All these options should be visible in a nice clean and colorful layout on the front end. I like BCH orange, grey and white as color scheme but can be different if you think it suits the site better. I must be able to add wallets on demand for each lottery an I need it to be able to have my wallet built in function to payout and receive. Could use something like GOURL for pament but would like standalone if possible so Im not paying fees for processing payments. I will need all content pertaining to noctices of gambling being addictive and privacy and use and rules listed on seperate pages.
