Create a share screen real time feature on our website

We have our own e-learning platform for students to do quizzes online. We want to create a "Live mode" with the following features: Teachers can click and oversee all students’ tablets' screen at once. (Like TeamViewer which you can share screen, but only teachers can see other users' screens, students cannot see teacher's screen). Therefore, when students are doing writing in a class, once the teachers click the live mode button, it will show the screens of all logged in students’ account, whose page is on the writing module. Teachers can see all screens (maximum 8) at once (in different grids), or teachers can click one of the screens and it will show a full screen of just 1 student’s screen in real time. - a pen function: for teachers to click and they can circle/draw on the mistake on their computer’s screen. Thus, the drawing/circle will be shown on that particular student’s screen as well, so that the students can know what kinds of mistakes they are making and can immediately do correction. The pen can only be used inside the "writing box". - an erase/clear all function to clear the drawing lines. - a help button (on student page), when students click it, it will show a chat box, students can click an “audio” icon to record their voice, then it will translate it from text to speech), and send the text as message to the teacher’s account. (will develop it later once we finish our messenger app web version). Teachers can respond in the chat box to help students with their writing.
