So currently, we have a website already which has some of the capability done but we need a team to do a great deal of work to finish it off in terms of functionality and design in order for it to operate to the degree that we describe roughly below. Our current website is LuckyTruckers.com.
Process flow for each stakeholder:
a. Go to site and they search for their company info using database

f. Broker loads proposal into Hubspot, which carries the PDF to the website and
sends the customer an email that says their proposals ready, as the broker
updates or adds any data and saves in Hubspot, those changes should appear in
the website as well and alert the customer.
g. Customers can now manage their insurance proposal on the website using their
? Depending on policy type, customer can purchase directly on website or
call in (if Progressive - and be alerted to do so)
h. Customer purchases policy and then can request a certificate of insurance and
type in a request for some other type of change.
i. Broker manually issues certificate on the website which the customer can
manage and download certificate.

j. If they need to make a change, allow them to click, "make change" and take them
back through the form.
2. Broker (LuckyTruck)
a. Receive applications from customer via the website
? They work with the data on HubSpot too and their data transfer when they

the broker drafts the proposal. The carrier selected in Hubspot determines
whether or not payment options appear on the website
c. They manage all of the proposals on their dashboard and are able to track stage,
status, and follow up step so that the pipeline management is streamlined
d. They are alerted when customer pays, and they issue the certificate through
uploading the document to the site.
? The deals are complete, Hubspot changes the deal to sold, and the they
load in real time into the dashboard in Hubspot. Sold but bound and bold
but unbound so that the broker can confirm that customers who have paid
have had their coverage bound.
e. Broker manages customer support tickets using the platform.
? If a customer submits a ticket online such as "I need to cancel my
coverage." a task is sent to the main dashboard and assigned to a broker
? If a customer submits request to alter policy, the specific broker is
informed and they can see & manage the request via the website.
a. Gets to see progress of all customers
b. Gets to manage progress of all brokers
c. Gets to see analytics about customer & broker numbers, sales, & platform usage.
d. Gets to see support requests data & progress
e. Simple dashboard, google admin style, allows certain broker to certain level of
use. I.e. we only want licensed brokers to make certificates.
f. Manage the content of the pages via the admin panel
