Create a Webpage to the below specs

So this is a Group Summary Page A Group or Groups number will be passed from the previous webpage. A Lookup needs to occur against a table for all stores in that group/s and to get the store names Attached excel sheet needs to be designed as a webpage adding in the store and store names on the left and then completing all the columns e.g. 2129 Bristol Metro Formatting will need to be the same, ie different colours on each line, border line between rows etc as the Store Page that is already completed Addition coloumn that would need completing are :- AV - Number of Audit Visits - Just a count of visits this year to the single shop NS - Not Met Next Steps - Count of that shops AuditResponseMet = 'N' AC - Actioned Next Steps - Count of that shops CatStatus 'Pending Aproval' OD - Overdue Next Steps - Count when we are passed AuditCloseOutDue date and the CatStatus is still Open It will need to list the stores worse (highest number) to best by Not Met Total Next Steps. There will be stores with no information so these still need to be display but with zeros for the coloums The store list on the left will need to be clickable (Hyperlinks) to take you through to the store page that we have already created I have included that in another file that shows the schema and the tab 'Example Data Pull' shows some example data for one store from the database
