Creating a High Performance BOT for a Ecommerce Online Market (Full Stacks)

Hello, I am looking for a highly experienced and well rounded developer that can deliver a the best final product I ask for. You need to be versatile and adaptive to working with code in a couple different language. Preferably somebody who is educated in full stacks and has experience with but not limited to php, pyhton, html, javascript, css, and mysql. We can talk and discuss the best approach to what language we want to use to code this software. At the end of the day I am looking for someone who can deliver the top of the line program. I am creating multiple bots that will be used for various things throughout Ecommerce (more info/specifics will be provided once you reach out to me). I am looking for people who can write a sleek, low overhead program that does one thing VERY WELL and efficiently while covering tracks and still being safe and secure for our end user. Remember, people will be buying these items with this program paying lots of money through it. So you need to make sure their information is secure.
