Creating a livestream platform

Hello, My company "IRIS/IN" is specialized in online services. The context of my request: to create a Livestream platform with a monthly fee. State of progress of the project: Start-up phase - Skills required : JavaScript, html5, php, mysql, laravel8...+ mobile application In brief ... IRIS/IN is working on improving the functionalities and services it provides to its customers. The company creates a private platform for independent women: "Whihzhiir". The key points This platform offers different services such as - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week animation by 500 animators. - A Mutual Aid Service to help with everyday worries and make emergency calls. - A Whihzhiir Video Library that offers the playback and resale of its members' audiovisual creations on the network. - A Wallet that allows them to interact with each other like in a dating site. - An online shop that provides magazines, accessories, a clothing line and computer equipment. (All the products and services we provide come from our own production........) The Marketplace The platform complements the modern woman. Entertainment, information, training, and additional income. Available in 1 click using any communication medium with an internet connection. Progress/Proof IRIS/IN will build its data centre in Ireland. This will provide the Whihzhiir community with live webcam communication, access to more storage capacity and the benefit of networking such as BIM.
