CRM Email Drip Campaign Functionality – added to Suite CRM

Ability to add multiple timed email campaigns based on client type

Varied drip - (5 messages per week (Mon – Fri) first 2 weeks, 2 messages per week for the next

two weeks, then transfers to monthly promo campaign based on month [May would be email 5,

etc.] 2 copies, one for Purchase, one for Refinances and the ability to replicate this for other

programs (Realtors, LOs, Reverse Mortgages, Veteran focus, etc.)

12 month drip - 1 per month, sends on day activated based on month (start in May sends email

5, etc.) One set for potential clients, one for existing clients. Ability to replicate this for other

programs (Realtors, LOs, Reverse Mortgages, Veteran focus, etc.)

Touch email campaigns - based on Contact Status drop down

Ability to add additional Contact Status items related to single email when chosen

Adds contact info from Agent logged in

If no agent logged in, admin contact sent

Email to specific address (fruleads@re**.com) notifying us that a new lead has hit the system

Name resolution – if all caps or all lower case, convert to first letter cap rest lower case

Upon project completion you will need to provide detailed steps taken and whatever scripting was

developed to accomplish the project and full documentation in case someone else needs to

understand how this was designed.

What I want from you if you wish to bid on this project is the following:

What we are looking for is a company that has experience modifying Suite CRM. We will probably want

other modifications done to this open source CRM software and we feel someone with a strong

knowledge of Suite is important. Please share with us how many years your staff has been working with

Suite.

If you have developed a drip email campaign in the past, please let us know that as well. Any

examples or references would be a plus.

NOTE – If we add anything new to the project while in process, that would be a change order and you

can bill extra for that, but you must state what those additional charges are when the change order is

requested. Otherwise, the project cost should not vary
