custom Message system in Wordpress

Right now if you go to example: [login to view URL] you will see the "kontakt agent" which in english means "send message". When clicked on this button it will ask you to fill a form, and when you click send, it will send it as a Email. I want to change that. Right now there is no message system in the website, i need someone to create one, so when you send a message the owner of the post will get a notification, and have a page where he can see he's messages and be able to reply etc. This is a very normal thing on modern websites and i need it on mine too. I have a Few examples on how it could look in the attached pictures. I need someone proffesional, that wont mess the website up and that replies fast to my messages when working on the project, and someone that can make this happend VERY fast. i dont have much time.
