Custom plug-in or modification in my Yetishare script

I would like to hire a developer to build up a plug-in to make the platform able to block certain file extensions from being downloaded depending on account premium type. For example, "plan a" is able only to download mp3 files, and "plan b" is able only to download .rar file for example. The platform is in yetishare script. And the core script already have that built-in, but only when files are being uploaded, and not downloaded.
