Customize Perfex CRM

I have an installation of the Perfex CRM on my server, which it sold on Codecanyon. It is based on CodeIgniter. In their documentation they state that the system can be customize using action hooks, that way when they update it these customization won't be lost. These are the functionalities I want to add to it: - Create a section inside the menus called "Workflows" and divide it into 2 groups: Leads workflow and Projects workflow. - Add a drop down menu to "Projects" where these workflows can be assigned to it. - Inside each new workflow item I need to be able to create as many actions as I need. - The workflows needs to have the following options for each action taken: - WHEN: Minutes, hours, days, weeks, month <-- Before or after option... - BASED ON: Creation date, Shoot date, Project status... - WHAT: Send email, create task, complete task, add another workflow from the already created... The system already has an email template section and new email templates can't be created, this is for auto emails that the system sends automatically. Based on these workflows I will need to create custom emails templates that can be used on the condition "Send email" and give me the option to choose the email template that I need.
