Customizing the Checkout Process Flow for our Website (Coding Work)

The site is a Magento template and we require some customization to the checkout process flow.
Changes are below:
Checkout Process:
Step 1:
Checkout Method (keep as is, where user chooses to register or login)
Step 2:
Order Type:
• Delivery
• Take-away (I will pick up my order from Pizza Yaso)
• Order Instructions text box at the bottom where customer can enter any special instructions about their order.
Step 3:
Telephone:
Let us know how we can contact you.
Telephone: [ Entry Box ] (E.g. 055-000-0000)
Step 4:
IF Delivery, THEN: Customer is taken to Delivery Address Step.
IF Take-away, THEN: Customer is taken to the Payment Information Step.
Step 5:
Payment types should be:
Spend Your Points (this needs to be updated according to the customer’s action in the My Order Page. If customer chose to spend X of his points, then this should default here. Currently, this button is unchecked and showing no points are being spent at this step)
Cash
Credit Card
REMOVE:
• Billing Address Step
• Shipping Method Step
• Remove the credit card details part (if customer clicks on Credit Card, then immediately goes to Order Review, after clicking on Continue), since we will not be accepting online payments.
Changes to Delivery Address Step:
• Add this next to telephone (E.g. 055-000-0000)
• Take off fax
• Add Delivery Instructions text box at the bottom where customer can enter delivery instructions.
Other
• Is there a way to add order total to the right panel during the checkout process, so that customer can get a reminder about the price, and also if customer changes the amount he is spending with points, he can see the price update?
• Removal of billing address and shipping method should be taken off of the my account page as well, for consistency.
• Order receipt sent to email account should be updated with these changes

As far as I understand from the specs there is no much work there; just change few things in the php code, and it can be done really fast. Still, I asked for two days just to be sure, so that there is time to check everything with a fresh eye next day.
I'm a new freelancer and I want to gain experience, so I'm bidding with a low price, although $50 for a work that you need done seems quite reasonable to me (especially for a person from Belarus, where $50 is a good amount of money).
