DDF / IDX Data Feed working with premium wordpress

The Problem:
I first paid for and installed a legit version of ThemeForest’s RealtySpace theme. Then I paid for and installed a legit version of a plugin that connects to the DDF/IDX feed in Canada for real estate listings called “Realtypress” from themeforest.
I plugged in the DDF information and loaded all local results. But I found the RealtySpace theme very difficult to work with. So I wanted to use the WPSEO theme which I’ve worked with before. The two conflicted with each other and now I need help.
#1:
Log into channel and install a fresh version of Wordpress and remove ALL records of previous wp installs or db install.

Install the paid for SEOWP theme inside the project folder, install the recommended plugins and then install / upload all demo content to the website for this theme.

Install the realtypress plugin . ZIP in this folder as a new plugin and enter these credentials:

The cpanel cron is already setup and the user/pass works with realty press. I can customize the short code and pages from there. You need to:
1. Install the theme with demo content
2. Install the plugin and test the plugin to make sure we receive listings coming in from that data feed. The data feed cannot say 0 listings found. It’s set to national pool and should be able to pull thousands of listings, this is a dedicated server and had resources to run the unix cron.
3. I can take it from there and edit the demo content to be custom for the website and use the short codes to make the real estate website look the way I want it to.
4. You don’t need to do any custom web design. Just the two install’s working fine is great and I can take it from there.
I don’t know where the conflicts are coming in but installing the two themes mixed something up and it’s not working properly. So you will need to be an expert in:
Hosting, WHMCS, Cpanel, Wordpress Install, Data Feeds DDF/IDX, Real Estate websites
Since I don't need any custom work done this is strictly and install, fix bugs, make sure demo theme data is working the budget I have is:
