Debug Push Notification Error

We setup our site ([login to view URL]) to function like another site ([login to view URL]) and we got everything working with opting into Push Notifications and if a user hits "block" it takes them to a subdomain then prompts them to optin again. The postbacks to Voluum tracker appear to be working on successful optin, the data is posting properly to our Push Notification service OneSignal. Everything seems to be working great, except for the part that once a user hits "Allow" to subscribe to push notifications on our site it doesn't redirect them to the URL we specified but instead takes them to our subdomain to prompt them again.
You can test the two sites to see what we mean, once you hit allow you should be taken to another site but if you hit block it should keep taking you to a new subdomain and prompting you again.
The OneSignal API is documented here: [login to view URL] and the rest is simply on our html landing page.
I need someone to fix our code so that when a user hits "Allow" thus subscribing them to our push notifications they are redirected to a URL that we chose.
Ideal candidate is someone that has setup custom push notification software or scripts in the past, bonus if you worked with the OneSignal API before.
** Important ** - We generally ignore bids that are just a copy and paste or auto generated and pick people that take a minute to explain that they have read our project and possibly how they plan to fix our problem.
FTP will be given to [login to view URL] site after project acceptance.
