dev.myhotel.net.nz not syncing with Guesty

[login to view URL] not syncing with Guesty we have a custom built system found at [login to view URL] that pulls in data from our airbnb booking system called guesty ( [login to view URL] ) this booking information is then used to generate owners reports and statements. our orginal developer is not around, when we try and sync all bookings with the system, it gets to 39% and then stops. This is an issue for us because it means we are missing alot of bookings in our owners reports.
