Develop a Shopify App using PHP

We want to create a Shopify App which would create a gamified experience on ecommerce stores in order to capture emails, share discount codes etc. There is a Requirement Document attached with the project description below. Please go through it before placing the bid. The app can be categorized into 3 distinct logic: 1. Allow Store Owners to install the app and integrate the app to their stores. 2. Allow store customers to use the app and receive wonderful discounts. 3. Allow app Admin (we) to manage various stores and view statistics. Technologies involved PHP/MySQL HTML/CSS/Javascript Rest API We are looking for really experienced and good developers. We would prefer someone who has developed such apps before, however that is not mandatory. Please note that we had posted a similar project before, but it didn't attract quality developers. So we had to cancel the project and initiate a new and modified project, after fine-tuning the requirements. This time we have made requirements more clear and also added a Requirement Document in order to make things easy. Please go through the attached document carefully and then only place the bid.
