the dhl and fedex configuration is not correct i need to fix it and get the account rate also i need to setup a percantage for the client like ( percentage X account rate + surcharge ) i need a php developer experience in fedex and dhl api and documentation is a must also i need to Saturday pickup and delivery also to setup insurance for internation services, also wants to google api to detect all the postal, zip and cities so it can be sent directly to the api, if you don't know about dhl and fedex please dont't waste your time applying for the project thank you for your understanding
