Directory Website - Converted into Android App

I have a website that runs on WordPress. Its is a paid listing website (Directory type site) that company's pay to have their information on. I need this site to be converted/ported into a working Android app.
I need the same features that appear on the site to be on the app. namely:
1. Search for a Service in a region and have a range of listings appear. (auto complete search)
2. Display the listings with their information and location on a map. Be able to click the listings and see more detailed information as well as send an enquiry via the contact form. Leave a review.
3. Be able to search for company's that provide a service "Near Me" - This must use the phones built in GPS.
4. Have company's that are not listed on the site have the ability to create an account and submit their listing. The listings are paid.
5. Have the ability for existing users to log in to the site and make changes to their existing listings.
There will be other features that the app needs to have.
