This is a dynamic community portal for a niche activity. Users will be able to register and login and participate in this niche community using this portal. There should be user profile management, comment posting, search, moderator activity, as well as a detailed niche posting section (very responsive and state-of-the-art) etc. Details about this section will be posted once project is assigned. The site needs to be responsive and the look and feel should be very modern and minimalist. I need clean, well structured, maintainable code as I am a techie myself, I will review the code that is written. The site needs to be scalable to over a hundred thousand active users (performing posts every day). I would want a person with in-depth knowledge on PHP, JSON, NoSQL DB like mongo and relational DB like MySQL (with JSON support). A framework like Codeigniter or Laravel will be used to create the website. Strong knowedge of JSON and Rest API is a plus. It would also be desirable to have some frontend scripting knowledge like Angular, React or Vue as we would be tinkering with these as well. Any knowledge with Firebase or Heroku is desirable as these might also be added into the technical mix. We also need someone to create the intended frontend HTML for us as well, so a full-stack developer is desirable. This is will be an ongoing development and once the tasks mentioned in this project scope is completed I look forward to having a long term working relation on this same project as we have loads of features and enhancements planned.
