Edit Contact Form 7 in WordPress

I have a WordPress website where people can pick a date from a dropdown menu using the Contact Form 7 plugin. I want to disable all weekend dates from being selected (Saturday & Sunday).
I don't know if this requires editing the plugin or using CSS to hide those days but anything will do as long as it works. There will only be one contact form getting used on the site so you can edit the core plugin if you need to,
