Edit/customise blog template on WordPress

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a very simple change on our WordPress blog area, we would like to customize the template to add a button to the bottom of the featured image, this button would be a sales button - so text like "Make Email Enquiry", this would be a typical mailto: function but it will also need to pick up the title of the blog and put it in the email subject.
For example:
<a href="mailto:sales@[login to view URL] Sales Enquiry S/N 4448 GEAR CUTTER" class="btn-blog btn-danger">Make Email Enquiry</a>
We would need this to be in the blog template so it would work automatically when adding a blog.
