OK...I have about 4 small PHP files I need edited...however The things I need done I can not allow access to the database for anyone...

OK...because of the massive bids list aleady here are the files and the PostgreSQl layout...sorry put MySQL by accident...
I have enclosed one of the directories in a zip file
The Bdata needs to have the 2 tables of current calls and charges on 2 seperate pages...
I think balances handles the email and doesn't work...it is supposed to email people when the balance is below $15...
