Excel sheet to MySQL to webpage with chart

We have an excel sheet in which data is updated dynamically (through RTD). We need this data to be sent to MySQL every few seconds. Then we want to show same data on a webpage on charts.
Along with chart, webpage must also show some data from MySQL that is updated dynamically.
See attached screenshot of excel sheet. Web page must show data as shown in column a, b, v & w. MySQL shall have all data but webpage will show charts and data as shown in a,b,v,w.
Since data is dynamic, AngularJS and nodejs are preferred.
