Experienced PHP Developer Needed for Daily Basis Work

We need an experienced PHP developer to work with us on our projects. You have to be expert on Core PHP, CodeIgniter framework. Our most of the projects are build up with CodeIgniter so you need to have a strong & deeper knowledge on CI. You also need to have strong knowledge on JS, JQUERY HTML, CSS. We use frequently JS, Jquery AJAX bootstrap in our projects, so a strong skill set on these is very much required.
You need to be very good at CI coding with that JS Jquery and Ajax. You need to be obedient, listen us properly what we ask you to do. You need to be very detailed oriented, precise and follow small things on your work, website development.
We need you to work 6 hrs a day monday to friday. Not less than that, more is the better. But no less than 6 hrs. We record your working hours fully with Screencastify chrome extension software. So you need to be agree to have a live tracking your working hrs.
We paying hourly basis. Initially we can afford INR 100 to INR 110 per hr to see how you work. 2 weeks. Then we will evaluate your work and out put and fix your price. However we can not got up from the price INR 140 per hr.
Companies usually has high cost to development, so mostly we want that sole freelancers apply here. But companies who has no issues in this price range they also welcome here to apply.
