We need an expert freelancer to work and cooperate with us for a private project. Project requirements: 1) Send via Telegram protocol multi messages (expected 100K msg /hour) [A bot or Website to handle the subscribers and broadcasting to the clients] 2) The scripts on servers side should be reliable and fast. 3) Customize Telegram app and maybe minimize it to our needs. [We are interested more in broadcasting, messaging, registration, authentication and blacklist functionalities] Note: There is no problem if we can achieve like above goals with a genius idea using our custom platform (servers, networks) to provide a broadcasts to our clients. ORBIT Hello, Here is what I understood from from project description. 1. You need a bot which can broadcast to telegram users. It may also accept some message commands to do specific task 2. You are expecting approx 30 message per second. Thats a great number, we can sort it out once I get to know what kind of communication you are expecting. 3. If we create a telegram bot why do we need to customize telegram app? The default app will be good enough to interact with the bot. If your requirement is only to send broadcast message to your users, then we may also use xmpp server and customize it to the needs. But as telegram has well setup infrastructure it will be easy to implement in telegram bot api. Regards, Samiran
