Filemaker Project Needs OSX desktop

I have an Ongoing Filemaker Project that needs a few things corrected added on it. Firstly I have a Layout called Quotation Layout that i need to be able to email this as a pdf and Store it somewhere within the database for Later reference if needed. Second field corrected, is i have a field i need it to autmatcial find the latest record and use a value from that. And final one is to enable some way for me to select the billing Contact for the property, so that i can address the qoutation to them, with the ability to replcat it later for different parts of the software.
