Fix Broken Header and Footer on PHP Melody

I am looking for a PHP developer who can fix the broken header and footer on my PHP Melody website. The specific issues I am experiencing are that both the header and footer are not displaying correctly.
My web site is made in SMARTY PHP (.TPL templates). My web site uses a platform called PHP Melody. Every so often, PHP Melody has a new version. I have to upgrade to the new version of PHP Melody. There new version always has updated code. So it breaks my header and footer. I use custom code for my header and footer that normally does not come with PHP melody.
I have a staging / test site on cpanel. You will use this site to work on. The site is already upgraded. Once your done. We will move the code to the Live Version. This project needs to be done ASAP. You must fix broken header and footer. Add an x (exit) to the search bar.
You must agree to my budget. We do not have much funding. You must pay attention to detail.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and web development
- Experience with PHP Melody and working with website headers and footers
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug code
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Requirements:
- Access to the website's source code is necessary for making the required changes
- The deadline for fixing the header and footer issues is within 24 hours
