Fix a Contact Form with Captcha

Fix a contact (‘Place an Order’) form with captcha on each of our 3 sites (the contact form is almost identical on all 3 sites).
We need the following minor fixes:
1. Four (4) fields in the form are ‘required’ fields. Currently, if not completed,
it correctly indicates such fields, however, it does not allow for easy re-do.
2. If incorrect verification is entered, the captcha feature does
not indicate so and does not push the form through at all.
3. Make sure forms are coming through/are properly delivered.
