I saw your requirement regarding fixing WordPress after PHP upgradation to 7.1. The common issues can be 1. when you save something from admin it is not saved hence reflected in front. 2. when you upload any image from back-end then it doesnot get saved. 3. when you click cancel on any modal in admin it is not closed. 4. plugin not support new version These kinds of issues can occur after upgrade.
