Fix Oath Authentication for my app

Hello, I need a developer to add a form based on the one existing in my app. It stores data in Mysql database. First I worked with Facebook APIs but the functionalitity has been downgraded. So I want to work with Google + / Google Groups. The Log-in + form details will be stored in my db and an existing View page will display the suscribed in YII framework. I need it implemented today. I am readyy for more explanations now.
