Fix some CSS issues

I need to fix some issues: 1. The modal popup moves the header a bit when the popup opens, same when you close the popup. It looks like a lag/bug, but i know its because of the modal bootstrap. This needs to be fixed so that the popup opens smoothly so it doesnt look like a lag/bug. 2. If a user doesn't fill out a field, an error shows, but the contact form also changes the structure, we need to make the error notes to show in a way so that the contact form doesn't change structure upon showing the errors. For example if a field is not field out, an error icon can show inside the field. same when a field is filled out - an check mark can show inside the field My budget is 20USD i know its not high, but for the right candidate i can give more work with higher pay in the future.
